Sacred are
The silent thoughts
That no one notices
Or reports
A pain inside
Hidden by a smile
That walks aside
Another mile,
A silent suffering
With dignity held
No outstretched hands
No voice to send
A plea for help
Upon lifes road
A mystery
Which cannot be told.
Eyes that bear
A warriors tale
Horror etched
In violent haze
A symbol of
What war can do
Unnoticed by
Me and you.

Good write N - the horrors of war. No other species does it. Animals need to kill for prey, but not just for the sake of killing each other. And in Nature, etc, many good things done by humans. But in other cases, along comes man and mucks it up.
When that bus turns up, you'll have war with the driver - what kept ya, you will say?! lol.
I will give him a piece of my mind, because of no bus I am 43 years late for school lol
