She built a garden in my heart;
Each kiss a bush,
Each tender moment a shrub,
Each loving glance a long blade of grass,
Each caress a flower,
And the children;
A forest,
And a lake.
I thought she was building somewhere to grow old in,
But she was building somewhere to hide.
