Most blacks created from dark blue. Bleach splashed on the fabric bleeding through, Fibers faded.
Clouds were moving in blackness against the horizon spilled into gray staining the white cotton overhead from earlier in the day. Hung on the line, rain drops fell, a saturated dress where bleach worked its spell. What is black and what is white when does day turn into night. The sun is not always bright. When does dark turn into light.

I enjoyed the read, sorenbarrett.
Nice to hear from you and thank you very much for the read kind words
I had to read this poem several times; it was a bit confusing. Yet in the long run, it kind of made sense, but it really doesn't make sense because you were all over the place. You wrote a poem of so many questions, yet a lack of a pattern. The concept of black and white, light and dark, is shifting the boundaries between them. Over all The definitions of colors and the transitions between day and night are not absolute but rather influenced by various factors.
Thanks so much for the read the common thread is that noting is what it seems. There is no black and white only shades with the same for day and night. Can you say where black ends and gray starts or where day begins and night ends. There is no absolute except our own decision based on our perception. Your words are most appreciated.
Hey Sorren, please reveal your thoughts...Make them white...:)
You got the point there is no white nor black only shades of grey. Thanks for the read and comment.
A deep Question about the Beginning of Dark and Light. Is there a Point when its Absolutely Dark of Light.
Thoughtful Write.
Thanks so much for the read and comment it is deeply valued
Happy to Oblige. 👍
Soren, this is a fascinating meditation on how certainty dissolves under closer attention. The absolutes we name are often mixtures, transitions, and perceptions…nothing remains as simple as its label. Excellent work, my friend. 🌹🖤🙏🐦⬛
Thank you so much Tristan for your review and comment. You have hit the nail on the head and seen the intent of the poem. Your words are most appreciated.
The light will always be in our lives soren.
