Each day we awake

We have one more day,

One more day in our lives.

Eventually we may realise

That each day isn’t just one more day,

It is one less day in our lives.

So with that in mind

We must start to value things,

Value things that really matter,

That really matter in our lives

As one more day in our lives

Will one day no longer be there.
