I see

2781

If from the heart the mouth speaks

Can words be deceptive

Will a face hide a lie

Is an attitude detected?

The heart is desperately wicked

Can anyone know it

And its flaws

Does it show it?

Who searches the heart

And holds the reigns

Even to give to Everyman

According to his ways?

If by every idle word

A man is judged

To cover a multitude

They must be love.

Hearts held on a sleeve; read like a book:

Did you hear

Son's of man

Save by their testimony

And the blood of the Lamb:

Where the fear of death knows no hour; where life is lived, in grace and power.

Risen from the ashes of total disgrace; having the heart of stone replaced.

Heed the call, that Whispers within: I see said the blind man;
