I will hope continually, praise you

O Lord my God, holy and true

Praise you more and more, my mouth shall show

Forth your righteousness so others know

And I will show of your salvation

Open to all of each nation

For I not know how many my days be

Few or many, future I not see

I will go in the strength of the Lord

The Lord God, and trust His word

I will make mention, His righteousness

His only, my mouth shall confess

O God, you have from my youth taught me

Hitherto I your wonders see

Now when I am old and grey headed

O God, forsake me not, me lead

I shall show your strength unto here this

Generation, so they not miss

Your wonders and your power, they be

To all peoples eternally
