One look in the mirror, can that change of how you look on the outside!
One more tear, can that solve problems you face in everyday life.
one more heartbreak, does that mean you have to give up.
one more disaster and your heart is broken into millions of lyes.
how can you go on living on these steps by day
how can you smile when you know it wont take away the pain.
how can you breathe when you always feel so ashame.
Its just that one look on life.
how can you go on with this war
how can your heart feel so sore?
how can you say goodbye for the day, when you know its not going to be the same when you wake up the next day.
its just One look on life!

- Comment from author about the poem: I wrote this poem when i was sixteen, My mom is a recovering Alcholic and when i wouldnt see her i would write how i thought i felt about the outside of my door. I love writing! many people cant see or understand why i write this stuff but it comes from my heart!
