The plumpest strawberry came to dine
With but the leanest cream....a pint.
They added sweetness 'til 'twas right,
And wore the name of Oberweis!
It sure made a great surprise! !

- Comment from author about the poem: Some years ago now we were Oberweis Dairy customers. Our dear milkman would not infrequently surprise us with some free treat or another. We of course, were quite thankful. We never buy lowfat or the like, but if he gave it to us, we enjoyed it. And being the resident "poet" and cardmaker,...here is one of my thank-you's.......
