bleed

Jennifer Teresa Nunes

She dances so soft and sweet
You stumble over your feet
So precious it’s hard to believe.
Saw the beauty of her eyes capture your soul
So away I’ll fly releasing the hold.

Desire blinds us from the truth,
Speak all of the words, couldn't stop you.
Walk towards the past, so you and her can be
Can’t avoid the blast, for I’m fading imagery

So long dear love, for it will fade
Alliance no more, I'm the renegade.
You’ve won the round, bruising me to defeat
Take in her heart while I sit and bleed.
