Your pic is rather interesting but it did not really affect my perception/perspective on your poem. Your author's comment/opinion on it was very useful. It is a fascinating consideration...I mean, while we might keep that "stiff upper lip" in silence, we may also be dying inside, like when my last boyfriend broke up with me (over the phone) while I silently cried. Your bold assertion and admonition is rather hard, and yet what we are, some of us, inclined to do, lest we be crushed out of existence. Silence in that case is rather deadly. Anyway, for all that, I rather enjoyed it, but it is a sad, rather frightening piece. You've presented it well with your spellings and the title is great.
