Bliss

gerrylegister

Bliss is a unique language,

Driven by an invisible carriage,

Because love has come to you,

In a mystery that can be true.

When you take the kiss upon the lips,

To seal the vow that goes between bliss,

And become friends of maturing fruits,

Transcends joy into a dozen hearts,

Making life a dream upon which to converge,

One road into which two people diverge,

And shall go to glimpse happiness in flight,

And learn with frailties until the dying light.

The picture of bliss in romance has seen,

The golden grasp of bride and groom,

In flowery pursuit of ecstasy,

Enchantment worn equally by fantasy,

In scenes of visions marriage is bliss,

Though as for the happiness,

Some pain may leave steps trodden in black,

And doubt if bliss should ever come back.

It is so delightful with the picture beginning it...so perfectly paving the way into the poem. I enjoyed it! Fascinating look at something like true love too.
