Hallucinate

Hidan

Danced with her all night,

under the stars that shine so bright.

Yet wake up sadly to mourn,

finding useless notes with useless hopes,

and memories that are gone.

Fascinating! Beautiful. The title captured it all so perfectly. Wow. Great job...I enjoyed it...not the misery or the dream, but how well you put it together.

Thank you! Actually, it was written for the girl who I love. How I dreamed myself as her boyfriend at night, and how my dreams went in despair as I see her with other boys in school. The useless notes in my poem meant the biology notes that she copied for me the last two years when I was absent in school. I mistook it as she love me.

Excellently done! And thanks so much for your explanation, for me it makes the poem so much more meaningful. I am sorry that in reality it was only a vain dream, or as you so well put it...hallucination.
