The Scarecrow

Zojinjo

Take up all advice,

from your closest allies.

For it's the consequence that applies,

when it's your secrets I apprise.

Whispering a thousand why's,

unraveling your lies.

Your inner self is to arise,

showing us the mask behind disguise,

of a life that tries,

doing everything that it denies.

Whispering a thousand why's,

unraveling your lies.

Carving your goodbyes,

in a wall of solid cries.

In the clarity of sunrise,

It's rules that you revise.

Whispering a thousand why's,

unraveling your lies.

So Scarecrow O so wise,

that never talks, nor replies.

Never moans and never sighs.

I have found your true guise.

Whispering a thousand why's,

unraveling your lies.

Wow. Excellent rhyming and fairly good rythm. Intriguing, fascinating, and horrifying, especially with such a devilish scarecrow image...la, I begin to feel like a crow for all that!
