Kryptonite

Alexandre Landsley

Me, who am I?
I am superman
I fly into the most beautiful girl’s heart
And make a stand without being her friend
I do not have a “s” on my chest
But I do have a bulletproof vest against all negative emotions
I am the best, so girl forget the rest
With those eyes of mines I can read your mind
Staring right through the window of your soul
Honey, I am the man with the plan.
It wasn’t until I flew above your head
Then crashed right into the middle of Manhattan
Right in your bed
That I realize that I was just another man
Such energy, brought me “the man”
Right into your hands begging for another chance
Well now, here I am on my knees crying, hoping you will take me back
Because baby you are my kryptonite.

Aw, sweet! The image so delightfully sets it off, next the title, and then....everything is so perfect! I love how you drew it! Very sweet! I enjoyed it. You always express the guy's side so very well, it is delightful.
