CERTAIN TIMES

Sadia Ismail

Life makes us to think
Every moment we spend
Every second we wait but its not all what we can seek
The beginning of pleasure
Or the end of sorrow
It all comes to a halt
When we think
Why do we have certain times?
Why the rays can’t irradiate our thoughts?
When everything can’t just go right!
Certain times when the opponent wins
While we are the ones who worked down to earth
Certain times when we have hours to reach
But the very next second the hours cease
The answer which oozes every time
That its our luck and we have to face it
Does not seem satisfactory
Because we are what we think
So don’t go for luck
Because we are the change we want to see in world
And we are the ones who need to compromise
To reach our destination without rays at certain times!!!!!!!!

Very interesting, fascinating, contemplative philosophical call to grab the future with both hands and not just sit by wondering why we forever fail,.....alleging our lives are in our own hands for the making or breaking.....it is a very serious consideration, and one so many try to answer. What about the fact that "....time and chance happeneth to...all.."? While we may well try....yet so far as I can see, our times are in the Lord God's hands....which is not a defeatist recognition, nor should deaden us to striving, yet and all, it cannot be fought against successfully. I quite enjoyed this piece....it seems something we all must come to terms with....and find the truth on, if the Lord will grant it.
