That’s Who I Am

I will always be there to save the day
Even when my powers have fade away
But don’t expect me to stay
Because that’s who I am
Can’t save those who don’t want to be save
Reach out my hand but they push it away
I’ll be lying if I told you I didn’t help them anyway
Because that’s who I am
My weakness is I care too much
So when the time come to let go
I hold on strong to those I care for
Because that’s who I am
I had to learn this the hard way
That not everyone can be save
So I sat back and watch them fall
Surprise, surprise I caught one, two, three, then four
Oh man you should have seen me I caught them all
Because that’s who I am.
