The Beat of a Heart

kristii7

A river blue as far as I can see,

a relationship will bloom for us two,

this tall brown eyed man will marry with me,

a very small and kind gesture who knew.

We fell in love from a moment in time,

the first time we met our heart skipped a beat,

a glance from our eyes is only a rhyme,

our passion in love is just like a dove.

A bright shining light from our lord above,

A small tiny kiss to start our romance,

keeps us entangled with hearts full of love,

a warm body treasure when we will dance.

We shall never part from this romance start,

Two hearts together we will never part.

Beautiful and so lovely love poem, gently touching on/hinting of the romance! Delightful! Your use of end-rhyming is very nice...great! I enjoyed it!
