Give A Little Love

Nexuscjt

Give her a little love, she might abuse it

I give so much, will I confuse it?

Only fools rush in, don’t assess the obstacles

Broke her heart, wrath chilling like icicles

Am I paranoid or see where my future lies as a result of my actions.

Don’t want to be so para that I become cold, calculating & conniving, loving in fractions

Time to use what I already know

What I can independently show

To rise above this strife

Within my fists holds creativity, solution, key to my life

As I try to write in code

Could be seen as crazy bullshit mode

But I keep trying to piece the puzzle

Is it too much to try & juggle?

Keep at it, slowly and patiently wins each race

Live life, talk to God, and hear the answers

Give thanks for a reply to your prayers

We are only human, we fall prey to temptations & sin

Confusion, hazy visions

Low thought, crazy decisions

We are all only humans, living for luxury

Fantasies & in someone else’s dream.

Very interesting and thought-provoking meditation, more especially so to me, being a girl, hearing the guy's perspective on the situation. La, and I thought it was so easy if it was the "real thing"...but what do I know? Speaking of juggling the puzzle pieces in S3 is a reminder almost that we cannot from now see what exactly the future holds, whatever choices we take, we know not now what will prosper and what will fail. The insecurity is troublesome, yet as you conclude we must remember then to "just live" and seek the Lord God of the Bible and hear what His Word says, trusting in Him with all our hearts. It's an apt reminder in the final lines that we are so prone to ill and readily deceived. An interesting consideration altogether.

Thanks! About the 'real thing', these days "love" is like a common word. As well as rushed decisions. People try to mimic what they see. Real love is unconditional (well that's what I think). You shouldn't be able to turn off your love for someone if its real unless it was only words from an idea.
