Let the current take you

AR

When you're drowning

And there's no one there to pull the plug and help it all drain away

And you see a hand from above reaching,

And you hear a voice say 'I didn't forget you because I held you in the palm of my hand'

And you reach up and take that hand that gave life to you,

And it gives life to you.

But it slips

You Slip

Back under, and it's time to go now,

I've tried my best, it's not enough.

I can't tread water any longer.

My legs ache

I ache...

It's so peaceful just letting go,

Giving in

No more Struggle

Breath out

Float

Float away

Let the current take you

Sleep tight
