I love BUBBLES - everywhere I go
Bubbles in my bath - Bubbles in the snow
I'm always blowing Bubbles - Bubbles rainbow bright
Bubbles - floating incandescent in the night
Bubbles always fill me with bubbly delight !
Bubbles make me wonder make me gawp
How can a Bubble form - such a perfect orb ?
Science knows without an apprehension
Says it's due to water's surface tension
Holds the Bubble in a globular dimension !
Bubbles in my champagne - Bubbles up my nose
Bubbles in my garden - from my hose
I'm forever blowing Bubbles in the air
Pretty tickly Bubbles - exploding in my hair
All my bubbly Bubbles - how I love to share !

- Comment from author about the poem: Every since I was a bonny baby splashing in the bath BUBBLES have always fascinated me. I now know that it is the surface tension of the H2O molecules that stabilses the bubble and makes it a perfect sphere. And diffraction gives them their rainbow surface. For me - because I'm a Scientist - that makes bubbles even more awesome and more beautiful ! BRIAN
