Why would you wanna yell your sisters and brothers
I keep inside because that's what my demons tell me to do
I keep it inside because mental health Isint visible like the flu
I keep it inside because it's better that way
I keep it inside because I pray for a better day
I keep it inside but it hurts me more
I keep it inside but I know if I carry on I'll knock at the Devils door
I keep it inside because I know it's hurt my family before
I keep it inside because I try to stay strong
I keep it inside when I listen to a sad song
I keep it inside because I know it's right
I keep it inside because I know o can't put up a fight
I keep it inside that I will commit suicide
I keep it inside because soon I know I won't be alive

A person may keep it inside but they share the pain all the same. They may feel unloved or unwanted because that door of affection is closed in their heart. But when they're gone, the ones who loved them ask why? Why didn't they just tell us they were hurting? Why didn't they just talk to us? Unfortunately their questions will never be answered. They will still have the pain of the one they loved took their own life and will always blame themselves for it. My children doesn't deserve that pain is why I decided not to take mine.
