touch on the arm
A pat on the bum
Or when you're in pain
A rub of the tum !
A kiss on the cheek
A pat on the head
Stroking her hair
When we're sleepy in bed
It's only a gesture
It doesn't take much
Just thank GOD he gave us
A great sense of touch !
Thanks for visiting - Yours BRIAN
I think TOUCH is the most sensuous of all our senses !

- Comment from author about the poem: We use our sense of touch unconsciously every day from the day we are born .. In my experience it is the most important and certainly the most sensuous. You touch my fingertips and my heart is aglow ................... ! Hugs Brian !

Nice, Brian! Just like a picture, a touch is worth a thousand words too. A well placed touch at the right time can make all the difference. Especially if you're not a big talker. Of course, timing is everything when touching a woman's hair. Touch her hair at the wrong time and you may draw back a nub. LOL! But it's all good. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks DD pleased you liked it ! Yes the sphere of "female hair" is very sacred and sensuous GROUND ! I teach HAIR SCIENCE so I do get an opportunity to handle lots of female hair ~ it's all part of the JOB ! JOHN
HAIR SCIENCE? Is that a real topic or is that how you convince girls to let you touch their hair? LOL! I'm ok with it either way. I just wish I had thought of it myself. 😎😎😎
A touch is what separates real from virtual, a thought to an action, a dream to a reality
Thanks SAMI - What you say is very true. In the UK we are fairly reserved and not given to showing our affections too openly in public ~ this si why we shake hands rather than "Hug & kiss". So actual touching ~ person to person ~ does indicate a more intimate relationship - OK - Yours BRIAN
Brian, this is sweet and simple, I agree every touch connects human beings!
WOW MY FRIEND Thanks _ I love to be sweet and simple. And to tell someone you really care for them only takes a simple touch ! Yours BRIAN
