it is the start of a great adventure
as of many other words
they all give us
our genius
they let us write
our inner most deepest feelings
so keep dreaming
and keep speaking
with the words of your heart

Thanks Friend ~ for a challenging second poem. In essence POETRY is simple and complicted at the same time. It is ~as you say ~ an expression of our deepest feelings and also our dreams. I love the definition of "Modern Poetry". Emotions expressed using any WORDS penned in ANY ORDER without the intrusion of rhyme ~ rhythm ~ spelling or grammar. The ultimate is a poem titled ANARCHY which is WORDLESS ! Thanks for sharing BRIAN
