WELCOME BA ! Thanks for your first poem ~ both short and sweet ! I'm 33 (and still single) so I have had my share of heartbreaks ! Love is indeed like a mirror ~ which when whole ~ reflects a perfect "mirror image". However if the mirror (like the love) is cracked the image (like the love) becomes fragmented and distorted. So (as you say) better to "walk away" than torment (hurt) yourself in a broken relationship. Your advice is good and (in the past) the route I have generally taken. More poems please ! Yours BRIAN.
