Have to watch my actions
and what comes from my mouth
They say you pay
For your father's sins
Really hope the check don't bounce
Hope I have enough money
In my morel bank acount. If I don't I'll bet my soul and Have a loan taken out

WELCOME ESTONE ~ Thanks you for a very frank first poem ! I'm like my Dad but he is an honourable Man ~ however I have his genes (and jeans) so I try to emulate all his good traits. We do inherit the personality of our natural parents. Your poem is well penned and ripples with both rhythm and silent indignation ! Parents have a lot to answer for and sometimes hurt the very ones they a supposed to protect. I'm not a Father yet (I'm only 33) ~ there is a moral in your story which I have noted. Thanks for caring and sharing. Yours BRIAN
