- Comment from author about the poem: I could have used many pictures to illustrate this poem. I'm interested in Rock Climbing its a tough sport and hard on the hands and other parts of the body. I am pleased that more and more females are participating in what was a very male dominated macho high risk sport. What have the ladies taught us ? 1. You can still be feminine as a Rock Climber. 2. You can enjoy extreme climbing without dying young. 3. Females can multitask and have inbuilt survival skills (Men have a death wish) that enable them to be very successful Mountaineers. 4. Anything a Man can do we can do better and with less fuss 5. 372 LADIES have made a successful ascent of Mount Everest ~ that is the ultimate challenge. Love BRIAN XOX
