- Comment from author about the poem: We all get depressed ~ from time to time ~ and for a wide variety of reasons. Sometimes depression goes away quickly ~ but other times it seems to last for ever ! There are many remedies more or less successful ! Mine is "Let go and let God". This is suggested in the video and the poem based on it. When I pray ~ I really do find the Holy Spirit revives my soul and also lifts my depression. Thanks ~ Love BRIAN XOX
