the clever king rules the castle in the kingdom of his mind

he's counted up all his gold and jewels but the truth will not be blind

he knows the most precious gift is what money just can't buy

for only LOVE and LOVE alone will let the spirit fly

the strength to move a mountain or stem the ocean's tide

hear ye in the kingdom hear ye and decide

his subjects all adore him and think him bright and kind

the clever king rules the castle in the kingdom for all time
