Wandering

SilverXball

I've been rich and I've been poor

I've been here but lost before

Can't use a map, I need more

But Last time I was lost

Thinking to myself the cost

My hopes and dreams were tossed

I know you don't believe me

But I really need you to see

How hard the wandering can be

Not knowing where to go

Can't go home but now I know

That you meant to steep so low

Burdened by your mistakes

Drowning in the dark cold lakes

But there's only so much I take...

Now I want to end my life

Pooling with my own strife

Cut my hands and raise the knife

Didn't you ever wonder where I was?

Inside of you, it hurt because

You never let me go, but how I missed you so

You never really cared, did you?

Just holding on so you weren't alone

But I was, and it's because of you

All the things you put me through

All those little things you do

I was blinded, now I see the light

Everything is clear as white

You weren't mine, there was no fight...
