I like what I eat ~ I eat what I like
I try to keep fit by ridin' me bike
When I meet me Doctor ~ He'll always say
Have you been gettin' your five times a day ?
Five times of this ~ five times of that
Five times walkin' the dog
Five times feedin' the cat
When I phone me Mum ~ to make sure she's OK
She'll say BRIAN ~ are you gettin'
Your five portions a day ?
Down at the Gym ~ I work and I pray
Try to keep slim ~ burn the calories away
My life coach ~ just smiles as with the weights I play
And then asks me BRIAN ~ as I peddle away
Are you frettin' an' sweatin' ~ five time a day
When I meet my Lady - for a "bite" at midday
As we share a pannini and low calorie coke
She'll ask me with straight face
Isabel does not joke !
With a hug and a kiss as I go on my way
BRIAN ~ have you enjoyed it ~ five times today ?
Five times to eat ~ five times to pray
Five hours to work hard ~ five hours to play
Five hours of cyber time ~ nine hours to sleep
Some days I'm rushin' ~ some days I creep
I just have one question ~ as I go on my way
Friend are you getting your five blessings a day ?
Thanks for reading ~ comments welcome ~ Love BRIAN XOXOX
What five things are you getting / doing every day ?

Brian, this is quite a poem. I enjoy your rhythmic flow as I was reading it. The poem takes you by the hand and as you're reading through the words flow and calls your attention to get your five times a day. Nicely done!
nice X5
