Gethsemane

willyweed

The ability to see the ridiculous is a blast

It provides you with the ability to laugh

Even when clouds of doubt fill the skies

Or when disturbances might arise

You’ll be favored in God’s eyes

For the Master smiled and laughed in his pain

Even on the way to Gethsemane

Betray me on the morrow

Forsake me with the dawn

Kiss me so they know me

Count the silver coin

Forsake me when the cock crows

Betray me with the dawn

Just remember what I told you

I am my Father’s son

HI LYSI ~ LEST is old English meaning "To avoid the risk of .......... !" (Check it on GOOGLE. It is the chorus of a Hymn ~ which begins "King of my Life I Crown Thee now ................. !" Thanks for commenting but I did check it before I posted ~ OK. I always enjoy (spiritually) being led to Calvary. You can check the hymn on YOU TUBE to see how it is pronounced. It could be simply translated as UNLESS or IN CASE ~ OK ~ BRIAN
