  • Comment from author about the poem: The Members of MPS are all lovely ~ we encourage each other with our poems and our positive comments. However I am very sad (Real Men do Cry !) when Members post poems about "self harm" abuse of alcohol and drugs and being abused. Personally I try not to abuse my body which the Bible tells me is "A Temple of the Holy Spirit" which is awesome. We all need more self esteem and self worth ~ never describe yourself as worthless and rubbish. That is an insult not only to your PARENTS but also to GOD. We all feel suicidal sometimes but for me ~ when i count all my blessings ~ live is always worth living. Be Happy and always look on the "Bright side of Life". Blessings and Love to all ~ BRIAN XOX

                Thanks for your perceptive comment AVI ~ Self Love Meditation is so very important ~ If we don't love ourselves then we cannot love others ~ if we don't have high self esteem we can't help others ! Self awareness ~ self love ~ self loving and self esteem are very important traits which can be ameliorated by prayer and meditation ~ LOVE and HUGS ~ BRIAN
