Staying strong isn't just about faking a smile or telling people you're fine, staying strong is when you're on your own going through something people will never understand and telling yourself you can get through this.

WELCOME LUCY (nice name) Thanks for your first poem short but very wise ! Self respect ~ self belief ~ self determination are so so important especially when we are young.
