Imperfect Canvas

onyxowl333

Swift, smooth strokes

Precise and perfect lines.

Steel brush.

Crimson paint.

Imperfect canvas.

Stinging screech of pain.

Light gives way to dark.

The pain stops.

But then, so does my breath.

Ohhhhh OWL ~ cutting is so so cathartic ! One of my female students showed me the perfect row of slices on her arm ~ fortunatly none was septic. She said "When I see the blood the pain stops ~ the tension goes ~ blood letting is a cure. But it can lead to death. Take care OWL you are too too young and beautiful to die young. Thinking of uou ~ sharing your pain with you ~ BRIAN Please check my poems ~ YOURS B

Gosh, this is good. Succinct but comprehensive. Alarming. Look forward to more (poetry, not slices).
