Natural Born Leader

Ydarilus

Destruction
 Devastation
I’ve opened my eyes to a new revelation
The whirlwind we ‘re trapped in has us blinded
One thing stays on our mind
But, they still try to keep us closed-minded
My sanity was lost but now I found it
Oh! You feel sick,

let my poetry be your antibody
My poetic language leaves you disembodied
They said before I was nothing
Now they want to embrace me

because I became a somebody
I’m a leader leading the way
So listen up everybody
Society’s evil core I’ll demolish
I know my dreams to make it big will be my death wish
Wait, before I die
I want to buy my mom these twenty-four karat gold dishes
Still I have these premonitions of death
When will I finally get to rest
Trying to excel to be the best
Jesus Christ
Martin Luther King Jr.
Malcolm X
Gandhi
Tupac Amaru Shakur
Harriet Tubman
Frederick Douglas
I’m trying to be a leader just like them
Like them, I’m fighting for peace and unity
I’m trying to be the symbol of peace in the black community
Now, where are my real soldiers?
Let’s march for unity
