C HRISTMAS TREES are my favorite thing about Christmas
H olly and Ivy are evergreen but lacking in Glory and Majesty
R eal Christmas Trees (not plastic ones) are so necessary
I love the scent of a real tree standing proud in the lounge
S cent of pine and resin permeates through the whole house
T rue scent of Christmas mingling with the pudding spices !
M ost modern houses now settle for a hygienic plastic tree
A travesty with an unreal pristine geometry and no needles
S hape or scent of a real tree ~ They should be deemed illegal !
T he best Christmas Tree is still alive growing in a large barrel
R ejoicing in the habitat of the lounge ~ growing and showing
E veryone what a fine Tree he is ! And he is vain ~ and he loves
E ach light and garland you pin on him. True symbol of CHRISTMAS

THANKS TONY ~ In the UK we get a chance to sing carols in the OPEN AIR and in the SUPERMARKETS ! We muist put CHRIST back INTO CHRISTMAS ! Thanks for your STANZA on PHOTOGRAPHY in my new FUSION ~ BRIAN
Welcome. true we must put the Christ back into Christmas. Though I heard one time That the X in X-mas originally referd to the latin name for Christ. So those who say X-mas instead of Christmas even though they think that they are taking Christ out of Christmas really are not. Like I said that is just something I've heard
