Tourist

MelyssaHarmon

Woolen cradle, mahogany floor,

Tiled bathroom, arching door,

Cobblestone walkway, rusting leaves

Embarked I have upon my knees.

Struggles to sighs freed in the night

As we embrace 'neath pale moonlight

And dance to dip from inside out

Hunger raging to a shout.

Clouds the ceiling of loves delight,

Where will we travel tomorrow night?
