Satan you can't hold me 

Sure, your thugs

Can drag me though the mud

You can't hold me 

You can call me every name

You could ever think of

You can't hold me 

 

For I am a child of God

I listen to him and him alone

My spirit belongs to God

He is the one I  must obey

 

You can't break my will

You can't crush my spirit

It is thus useless to try

For I am God's and God's alone

 

Yes

My spirit belongs to God

Therefore I am free

By his power

By his might

So remember
