I don't know what all this
awful anxiety is about.
It's like all my demons are
trying to get out.
I didn't know they were
hiding so deep within;
Mangled up and mashed together
with my pain and sin.
But I remain there somewhere
entangled inside.
Even if I'm just there to
run away and hide.
I have to find the way out.
I must find the key!
Before I forget my way
and lose sight of me.

Thanks for sharing CHRIS ~ We do live in a very anxious making period in History ~ People worry about Putin ~ Hillary or Hillbilly? ~ Global Warming etc. These are the big issues but is often the little issues ~ Relationships ~ family ~ Local Community etc everything seems volatile. The Good Book says "Dont be over anxious about tomorrow" "Place your worrie on to Me (GOD) because I care for you ! I have found ~ if I pray and commit my worries To GOD it makes things easier. Beautiful poem ~ sad content ~ Thinking of you praying for you 24/7 ~ Love & HUGS ~ BRIAN
Thank you Brian, that was very helpful! Thanks for the prayers! Hugs back--Christina
Well done. Often it is inherited and associated with depression. Avoid Xanax. Very addictive and hard to stop. A psychologist who specialized in cognitive behavior therapy CBT may help. Ask for free 15 minute get aquatinted visit to get a feel for the office and therapist. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the info, I do CBT. Thank you though!
Good luck. Don't get discouraged. Hugs.
