I
Trees of green in snowfall white, in December's midnight dream,
dancing elves and sugar plums, paint this Christmas scene...
Songs once sung in centuries past, sounds of yesterday,
memories etch my twilight's eve,
as ghosts come out to play...
II
Glistening snow o'er meadows deep, 'neath a moonlit sky,
those timeless smiles of yesteryear, as jingle bells go by...
As trees atop a horse-drawn sleigh, fragrant, chained and bowed,
black flowing mane, with nostrils wide,
trotting high and proud...
III
"Oh Come all ye Faithful", wafts through my memories,
as scent'd pine, with colored lights, hang upon a Christmas Tree...
Bright bows of satin waiting, wound tightly 'round a box,
minutes tick toward midnight,
on 'olde grandfather clocks...
IV
Snuggling 'neath warm covers, while waiting dawning's rays,
with my sisters giggling, in dreams of Santa's sleigh...
As dancing elves and sugar plums, dance around my bed,
visions there of ol' Saint Nick, in boots of black,
and suit of red...
V
Out my window watching, recalling those childhood scenes,
of scent'd pines, with colored lights.
once my Christmas dream..

A quick question. Can I add poems to my page without them being published since only one is allowed daily?
