LET ME RECAP: Fresh picked lettuce ~ celery ~ apple ~ onion and black pepper ~ Then to garnish: Turmeric (anti-inflammatory and anti-depressant etc) Garlic (suppresses cancer) ~ Baking Soda (indigestion)~ Olive Oil (polyunsaturated) and Apple (Cider) Vinegar (balances pH) etc etc. The dressing you have suggested Professor would make us live forever if taken daily !
