Alone is a scary word.
It’s one that is at the pinnacle of all our fears,
even our fears are less fearsome if you had ‘that’ person next to you.
But being alone is inevitable,
Even when you're doing something as sensitive
as holding hands you’re not truly touching.
I’m talking atoms and how they can’t actually touch,
otherwise the pressure crushes and destroys them.
The scale of things remain, human emotions,
who we are, they aren’t allowed to
and cannot to be so close,
otherwise they self destruct.
That's where the beauty lies.
The bridges we build,
the connections we make.
They aren’t special because of some
physical; intellectual or even emotional level.
They're special, because of the constant understanding you put into someone else.
Being close to someone is as simple and being
comfortable alone around them.
Knowing that no matter how
Sad;
funny,
lonely,
angry,
jealous,
confident,
nervous,
crazy or as
happy as you are, there’s always someone ready to accept you.
