I worry about things that won't affect today
And think about all the tomorrows
If only I could just live in the moment
I think it'd take away most my sorrows
I will focus on what God has
blessed me with and not wallow
I want to take the path where
Others have been and follow
the hard road, the one
barely taken at all
Still part of me worries that
I'll trudge along, slip and fall
No more worry or sorrow
Just trust in God from here
He'll take me where I need to go
The road to no more fear

Nice one Christina!
living in the moment must be the masters scheme, for yesterday is just a memory and tomorrow but a dream. ww
Thank you for that wise piece of advice ww!!
you are welcome I hope you feel better! peace ww
THANKS CHRIS ~ Thinking of you and praying for you 24/7. A lovely Young Lady like you with a loving husband and Family should enjoy and live in the present. Also you have lots of lovely Friends on MPS. the GOOD BOOK says "Live for and enjoy TODAY ~ don't worry about TOMORROW ~ It's all in God's control ~ AMEN" Big spiritual hugs ~ just for you ~ BRIAN
Thanks so much for the prayers. I will certainly try and live in the moment. Thanks for the hugs! Spiritual hugs back.--Christina
This reads like a prayer of reassurance, positivity and support! Love it.
Thanks so much WBL!
Isiah 41:10 says "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be anxious for I am your God. I will fortify you, yes, I will help you. I will really hold on to you with my right hand of righteousness." Though, from moment to moment, the fears from within and the struggles we face on the out make it hard not to be afraid. We all get trapped by worry sometimes, especially when the present moment presents difficulties...but each day is sufficient for its own anxiety! All we can do is focus our efforts, one day at a time, on what is within our control. Let go of the rest. BEST WISHES! We are on the same journey. HEALTH HAPPINESS AND LOVE
Thanks so much for your words of wisdom! They are appreciated!
So farewell mademoiselle,
knickerbocker Hotel
farewell to money owed
but when your leg still hurts

you got to get back on the road.
