It's the month my kids get to rest
There's so many things you get to do
Just go outside and pick a few
When summer finally arrives
I just feel so so alive!

In the UK ~ hottest month we got
Even the sea gets warm to swim in
Girls in BIKINIS and all the lads grinnin'

JULY is the month for BARBECUES
Sausages ~ hot dogs ~ make your choose
On month of the year ~ when we go mad
We even go campin' like our DAD !

The hottest month, it's heavenly
Take a dip in one of our Great Lakes
Or, we'll go to the pool, you and me
Make sure to take your sunscreen
In case your skin is very fair
Be sure and bring the kids too
And your favorite lounge chair
August is a great time of year!

FEBRUARY ~ THE UK MONTH TO HIBERNATE

He'll fly into our barn

April soon follows with showers
Ready to see green on the ground
Change is welcome anytime now

Last part of Spring so the weather is warming up, but still not to warm
Our annual family reunion
My church's annual Ladies night Out mother's Day dinner
Baby calves are starting to be born, Life renewing itself
These are just a few reasons Way I like the month of May

September is great ~ when the Summer lasts late
November brings cheer cos Thanksgiving is here !
