metanoia

Aals

just a little bit afraid of what your saying to me

always starts little

then grows

like vines

but its my mind

fear takes over

what i don't realize

what i don't acknowledge

if my love stops looking at me with stars in his eyes,

the birds will still fly

if my mother abandons me,

the sea will still wave hello to me

if my inspiration ceases before me,

the world will never cease to amaze me

if all the love in the world was beat down,

i would still love

and if the pain of everyone and everything angered me to the end of time,

i would still find peace in my music & rain that poured on a springs morning chime.

THANKS FOR THE CHALLENGE AALS ! METANOIA ~ A complete change of heart ! Love the serene optimism in this poem and your comment on your current state of mind ! A nice State to be in ! Your current state of EUPHORIA (better than TEXAS !) enables you to override the basically important things in life ~ the starry look of your Lover ~ the care of your MOM ~ cessation of Inspiration ~ destruction of the World's Love and the ANGST of the whole World etc etc I WILL STILL FIND PEACE IN MY MUSIC & RAIN THAT POURED ON A SPRINGS MORNING CHIME ! AWESOME ! I feel pretty CHIPPER today AALS but nowhere near as CHIPPER as YOU ! Thanks for sharing ~ much food for thought ~ Hugs ~ BRIAN
