B Flat

Augustus

I have never hit a B,

Flat if you will, High with

Clarity, crispness, certainty

As I did on that day

With your accompany.

Plain to see, hear

What you do to me.

  • Comment from author about the poem: I sang for many years. I was more a baritone but sang many tenor parts. A B flat above middle C is difficult for a baritone. My love at the time was a concert pianist. We made beautiful music together.

It would have lasted if I had not been so stupid. Thanks.

Thanks "A" ~ My experience too ! If i'm in a CHOIR (or accompanied) by one I love ~ then it ameliorates my pitch ~ tone and even range ~ AMEN ~ BRIAN
