The nights are still long
& The days seem to be longer.
Bright lights will go dim erelong
& eyes awakened, grow stronger.
Cold blows behind closed windows
The night now in repose & de crescendo.
The only sound is still silence
It's bias redound to instill.
Upon a weakminded slow creation
Now divided & still likened to condemnation.

THANKS JMCG ~ IAK also ! I agree with the sentiments of your POEM that PLANET EARTH and the HUMAN RACE is in decline ! I'm one third through my life ~ but despite TRUMP being President Elect of the USA ~ I think the PLANET can survive another 67 years by which time i will be 100 ! Please check my poems ~ Yours BRIAN
