Art on The Wall

pandora123

I wake every morning to look in circular reflective object and

leave.

But today didn’t feel right.

Sudden fraught with one mind

I was Puzzled every morning to look in it and leave..

I look in it closely and there was these things

contemplating me.

I felt misjudgement rise upon me but then i realized…

it was the same me but 10 years later.

MY knees dropped to floor with anguish.

all of the sudden... i experienced reminiscence

vibes of heaviness of heart

I know that

…I missed the boat to forgiveness

Thanks for your First Poem PANDORA ~ and welcome to MPS. A well penned poem but with an enigmatic subject ! As I get older (I'm 33) I sometimes see my Dad looking back at me ~ then i realise it's still me at his age ! If I was 43 (in the mirror !) I guess I would get a shock ! FORGIVENESS is a big subject and lack of it does age us ! However in my experience DIVINE FORGIVENESS is available 24/7 and we can never miss God's Boat. However forgiveness from our fellow Humans is more fickle and ephemeral. Thanks ~ Yours BRIAN.
