As I leave the Local bar on this cold November night,
thinking of the distance I hope to make before days light.
The wind hits my face, before I've even opened the door,
Wife wouldn't come for me, despite begging on the floor.
Green signs, blue signs, oh!! which way do I walk,
the roads so long, it's getting steep now as I talk.
Street lights pave the way, to my ultimate goal,
I need to get home, before this stroll takes its toll.
My finger at the ready as red lights pass at a pace
why won't they stop? have I not a friendly face?
Receiving natures call, I make haste for a tree,
the place we all go, when we're desperate for a pee!!
This walk's a daft idea, I live three miles from the pub,(bar)
when I finally get in, I'm making straight for a hot tub.. (bath)

GREAT SEASONAL POEM PHR ! One all of us Guys can emphasise with ~ especially fertilising the Tree ! Make sure you're not in Michigan ~ your pecker will drop off with Frost Bite ! I always choose GF's who drink in moderation ~ then I can drink and they can drive. Although I am warned that when you get married ALL WIVES are driven to drink and consequently unable to drive you home from the PUB ! Yours BRIAN
