Help.

Qentrice

They told her she was alright,
They told her it was normal,
They told her she can live like this and that it'll get better,

She told them she screamed at night,
She told them that she harmed herself,
She told them that she had a million voices driving her insane,
She begged them to help her, because she couldn't do it alone.

It made her lose control,
It trapped her in the corner,
It stared down at her,
It screamed,
Because,

It was all because she had killed herself inside,
And all that was left, was a girl, with bruises everywhere,
Bandages covered with blood,
Swords and daggers stabbed into her,
It looked so painful,
It was so painful,

Then she asked herself if she can really live like this.

She screamed,
She watched it,
She stared as swords shot through it,
Cutting open wounds,
Leaving big huge ugly bruises,
She just stood there,
As she stared at the unimaginable creature they had created,
She stared at the open wounds, scars and cuts that society had burned,

"Do something."
It said, barely above a whisper.
It collapsed to the ground.
"Because I don't think I can save you anymore."

That's when everything shattered,
The screams,
The sobs,
The pleads,
The cries.

"I don't blame you, they couldn't save me,"

"I don't think I can save myself either."

And that's when she took one last step,
And fell into her own sea of darkness.
